7-YEAR GENUINE MAINTENANCE

General Maintenance

The scheduled routine maintenance program which comes as standard on all new Ferraris for the first seven years is called 7-Year Genuine Maintenance.

Ferrari’s unparalleled quality standards and constant focus on client service underpin the extended seven-year maintenance program offered across the entire range which covers all regular maintenance for the first seven years of the car’s life. This scheduled maintenance program is free of charge and ensures that clients’ cars are kept at peak performance and safety over the years.

It is the only maintenance package of its kind to be offered by a global manufacturer and is a reflection of Ferrari’s unwavering dedication to its customers. The 7-Year Genuine Maintenance service is specifically linked to each car: indeed, the servicing “passes on” to the new owner if the car is sold. The program includes: labor, original replacement parts, lubricants, engine oil, brake fluid.

The checks are scheduled to take place once a year (or a maximum of every 20,000 km) and are carried out by highly qualified dealer technicians who have been trained at the Ferrari Training Centre in Maranello: nobody knows the unique characteristics of Ferrari’s cars better than them.

FERRARI WARRANTY

Every new Ferrari vehicle comes with a standard three year-unlimited mileage express limited warranty, which allows the owner to enjoy the driving experience without worrying about the unexpected. The Ferrari Manufacturer’s Warranty provides coverage for replacement parts and labor. The warranty coverage gives owners peace of mind from the very first day of ownership.

Extended Coverage Plus

The Ferrari Manufacturer’s Warranty can be followed by additional service contracts renewable up to the 8th year of the car’s service life, maintaining the highest levels of protection and including roadside assistance service.

Extended Coverage Plus can be purchased for an additional price at the time of vehicle purchase, at the expiration of the Manufacturer’s Warranty, or even later, and can be extended in increments of one or two years. Extended Coverage Plus applies to the Ferrari 488 GTB model (produced from 2015) and to all subsequent models and special editions. Specific terms and conditions may apply to the extensions for the 6th and 8th year for the GTC4 Lusso and some special edition vehicles.

Duration

The service contracts can be purchased for periods of 12 or 24 months at a time, with the option of renewing annually or every two years, from the 4th to the 8th year of the car’s service life.

Requirements

To qualify for the program the car must:

  • be inspected by Ferrari of Tampa Bay to certify compliance with the quality prerequisites specified by Ferrari and verify the provenance of the maintenance history.
  • not exceed a mileage of 75,000 miles.
  • not have been involved in serious accidents, tampered with, or used in competitions.
  • not have been involved in track activities or for commercial purposes.

Power16

The Power16 program protects the main components of the Ferrari, including engine, transmission, suspension, steering, and electrical system. This coverage supports the maintenance of the car’s safety and performance standards from the 9th to the 16th year of life and includes roadside assistance service.

Duration

Power16 coverage lasts twelve months, renewable annually up to the 16th year of the car’s service life.

Requirements

To qualify for the program the car must:

  • be inspected by Ferrari of Tampa Bay to certify compliance with the quality prerequisites specified by Ferrari and verify the provenance of the maintenance history.
  • not exceed a mileage of 75,000 miles.
  • not have been involved in serious accidents, tampered with, or used in competitions.
  • not have been involved in track activities or for commercial purposes.

Power16 & Maintenance

Coverage

The Power16 & Maintenance program combines the advantages of the Power16 coverage with the peace of mind that comes from regular vehicle maintenance. This complete Ferrari package allows you to enjoy the benefits of Power16 and extends the original maintenance program of the vehicle at the same time. The service includes special complementary maintenance and Roadside Assistance. The coverage remains valid even if the car is sold, as long as the specific quality Ferrari requirements noted below are met.

Duration

The services offered by the Power16 & Maintenance package have a twelve-month duration and can be renewed annually, guaranteeing coverage from the 8th to the 16th year of the car’s service life.

Requirements

The program is applicable to all vehicles previously covered by the Ferrari 7-Year Genuine Maintenance program.

To qualify for the program the car must:

  • be inspected by Ferrari of Tampa Bay to certify compliance with the quality prerequisites specified by Ferrari and verify the provenance of the maintenance history.
  • not exceed a mileage of 75,000 miles.
  • not have been involved in serious accidents, tampered with, or used in competitions.

Ferrari Hybrid Range Warranty

The Ferrari Manufacturer’s Warranty offers standard three-year coverage on every new car. This warranty enables owners to enjoy the Ferrari driving experience without worries. This coverage can be extended up to the 8th year of the car’s service life, maintaining the same level of protection as the standard warranty.

Extended Coverage Plus Hybrid

The Extended Coverage Plus Hybrid program is dedicated to Ferrari plug-in hybrid vehicle (PHEV) owners. This service preserves the performance and excellence of Ferrari super sports cars. It also includes scheduled high-voltage battery (HVB) replacement after the 8th year of the vehicle’s service life, at no additional cost, provided the client maintains continuous service contract coverage. In the event of future technological battery developments, the replacement HVB will be a new component that allows the car’s performance to be maintained.

Duration

The program offers renewable packages from two to four years, irrespective of the car’s year of production.

Requirements

The program is applicable to all Ferrari plug-in hybrid vehicles (PHEVs), including SF90 Stradale, SF90 Spider, SF90 XX Stradale, SF90 XX Spider, 296 GTB, and 296 GTS. The program can also be activated on cars outside of their factory warranty, subject to technical inspection by Ferrari personnel. It can also be transferred to subsequent owners of the car in the event of a transfer of ownership.

Power16 Hybrid

Coverage

The Power16 Hybrid program extends the coverage on the main components of the powertrain, including hybrid components, from the 8th to the 16th year of Ferrari PHEVs’ service life. This program includes hybrid battery pack (HVB) replacement after the 16th year of the car’s service life at no additional cost, provided the client maintains continuous service contract coverage. The Extended Coverage Plus Hybrid program ensures that, in the event of future technological battery developments, the replacement HVB will be a state-of-the-art component that will maintain the vehicle’s unparalleled performance.

Duration

The program offers coverage from the 8th to the 16th year of the car’s service life at one-year increments.

Requirements

The program is available for all Ferrari plug-in hybrid vehicles (PHEVs), including SF90 Stradale, SF90 Spider, SF90 XX Stradale, SF90 XX Spider, 296 GTB, and 296 GTS. The program can be activated on cars outside of their factory warranty, subject to technical inspection by Ferrari personnel. It can also be transferred to subsequent owners of the car in the event of a transfer of ownership.

Warranty for hybrid components

The Warranty for Ferrari hybrid components offers standard 60-month coverage starting from the initial delivery of the car to the end client. This warranty specifically covers the hybrid system and its components, including the battery management system (BMS and CSC), the inverter modules, the high-voltage battery (HVB), the electric power management module and the electric motors. It also allows owners to enjoy the Ferrari driving experience with peace of mind from a protected hybrid system.

Duration

The warranty for hybrid components lasts 60 months starting from the date the car is delivered to the end client.

Requirements

The program is applicable to all Ferrari plug-in hybrid vehicles (PHEVs), including SF90 Stradale, SF90 Spider, SF90 XX Stradale, SF90 XX Spider, 296 GTB and 296 GTS.

The program can also be activated on cars out of factory warranty, subject to technical inspection by Ferrari personnel.

To maintain the validity of the Warranty for hybrid components it is necessary to follow the procedures indicated in the specific ā€œCharging cable device: user manualā€ booklet provided by Ferrari, which contains information on using the specific Battery Conditioner supplied with the car.

Roadside Assistance is designed to give clients the confidence and peace of mind to enjoy their Ferrari wherever their adventures take them. This 24/7 service is available 365 days a year during the new car’s warranty and extended warranty period.

The service offers assistance if your Ferrari is immobilized due to:

-Loss, Broken, or Recovered Keys after Theft

Thanks to this program, clients can request a roadside assistance vehicle to tow their Ferrari to the nearest authorized Ferrari dealer or perform small emergency repairs, including:

-Flat tire repair
-Jump start for a dead battery
