Due to the high demand in the vehicles we sell, a $1,000 credit card deposit is due immediately upon auctions close. Please contact us by phone at (813) 965-7084. Failure to contact us within 12 hours may result in loss of sale.

All customers of Ferrari of Tampa will pay a $995 Dealer Fee. The Dealer Conveyance fee applies to all vehicle sales regardless of the buyer's State of Residence. Most of our vehicles are local Florida trade ins on new Ferrari cars as we are a Ferrari Dealership. The vehicles we sell are individual-owned cars before becoming trade-ins. We rarely purchase our cars from auto auctions, unless the model is specifically requested. Our cars tend to be nicer and cleaner than auction cars, but with any used vehicle minor wear may appear under close scrutiny, this includes tiny sand or rock chips. We strive to deliver accurate descriptions. We are committed to selling quality vehicles and want to make sure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. We will do our best to describe any flaws or defects in our listings. We take several photos from many angles to give you a complete virtual description and view of the vehicle. Please understand that the vehicles are Pre-Owned vehicles and at times, the vehicles may come without accessories such as extra keys, cd magazines, navigation discs, floormats, tools, owner's manuals, original window stickers etc. Please call for the exact accessories included for the vehicle or see our descriptions, which usually lists what is included with the vehicle. The buyer is responsible for taxes in which the state the vehicle is going to be registered in. If you fly in and take delivery of the vehicle, or a lien is being recorded on the vehicle we MUST collect your state's taxes and registration fees. We will handle the registration process for you. If you ship the vehicle from our location, you can register and title the vehicle yourself, assuming it is a cash sale. The dealer fee of 599 is still charged. **Special note to buyers from Arkansas and Mississippi** If you plan on registering your vehicle in Arkansas or Mississippi, you must have vehicle shipped to avoid having to pay sales tax twice. These 2 states are not reciprocal sales tax states.
